The Grafton / Shop & Dine Terms & Conditions

To enter the event competition, you must present proof of £40 spent at any store(s) within The Grafton.

 

  • The promoter of the campaign is The Grafton, Cambridge.
  • The campaign is open to all customers with valid receipts who spend £20 or more at any store in The Grafton on Saturdays 15th and 22nd May between 11am and 4pm only.
  • Valid receipts for £20+ spends on campaign dates must be presented in order to be eligible for the promotion on that same day.
  • Only ONE prize can be redeemed per person per day, regardless of total spend over £20+
  • £20+ spend can be made up from multiple receipts providing they are all stores at The Grafton
  • All eligible participants are guaranteed a randomly allocated prize from our prize boxes.
  • Prizes will vary in value. There is no cash alternative and they may NOT be returned to the retailers from which they have been purchased.
  • Contact information must be completed via our online form in order to be eligible for the promotion.
  • The ‘Enjoy a meal on us’ card is valued at £10.
  • The ‘Enjoy a meal on us’ card offers redemption to the value of up to £10 at any participating Food Social retailer at The Grafton.
  • The ‘Enjoy a meal on us’ card is valid at La Piazza, Il Mercato, Amélie Flam-kuche, Chi Asian Street Food, The Burger Priest and La Latina only.
  • The ‘Enjoy a meal on us’ card is redeemable on a single visit only.
  • The ‘Enjoy a meal on us’ card is redeemable during full trading hours (breakfast, lunch or dinner).
  • The ‘Enjoy a meal on us’ card is valid until Sunday, 6th June 2021 at 11:59pm. Any meals up to £10 will not be redeemable after this date.
  • The ‘Enjoy a meal on us’ card offer is not valid to use on any existing offer from the food operators.
  • The Grafton, Cambridge reserves the right to cancel or amend the campaign and these terms and conditions without notice.
  • Any amount exceeding £10 upon redemption, will have to be paid to the participating food operator separately.
  • Any food allergies have to be checked with the food operators individually and The Grafton, Cambridge will not take any responsibility to allergic incidents due to the use of the ‘Enjoy a meal on us’ card offer.
  • No cash alternative to the ‘Enjoy a meal on us’ card will be offered, the value is not transferable.
