Giving for Education Pledge

  • The promoter of the pledge is The Grafton. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
  • The pledge campaign is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, and may include The Grafton employees, their immediate family, or any person or company associated with the pledge.
  • To participate in the campaign, you must follow the entry mechanics, posted on The Grafton’s Instagram page.
  • The pledge on offer is that The Grafton will donate £1 towards the Giving for Education campaign in partnership with Star Radio for every picture posted to The Grafton’s Instagram stories, tagging @the_grafton in and using the hashtag #posewithapencil. End date to the campaign will be applied on the social media post.
  • The Grafton reserves the right to cancel or amend the campaign and these terms and conditions without notice.
  • The management reserves the absolute right to remove any entrant to any campaign which it considers has used improper technical means to enter.
  • All decisions of the management will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
  • The pledge campaign closes at the discretion of The Grafton.
  • There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to participate in this campaign. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  • The Grafton will accept 300 entries and will therefore donate up to £300 towards the Giving for Education campaign. Any entries that exceeds this target, will not be counted as additional funding towards the pledge campaign.
  • The Grafton’s pledge money will be donated directly towards the registered GoFundMe page in partnership with Star Radio which is available to view on The Grafton’s website and social media pages.
  • By entering the pledge campaign, the entrant consents to any publicity generated as a result of the draw and use on websites, Facebook, social media platforms, magazines or mobile services at any time without further consent or payment.

You have the right to see a copy of the personal information we hold about you, if you believe that any of the information we are holding is incorrect or incomplete, please let us know as soon as possible. To provide a copy of this information we will ask you for a small fee.

When applying for a product, the application form declaration and notices will explain how we use the information collected.

If you communicate with us by email, we may keep your email, together with your email address and our reply, for our business records. We give the same protection to our electronic communications as we do to information we receive by post or phone.

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

1. We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information that we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided, unless you state otherwise.

We collect personal information from the online application process. This is so we can identify general customer trends, improve our service to you and also where relevant, communicate with you.


We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to others. We may give general statistics about our customers, sales, and related site information to other companies however these statistics will not include any information that personally identifies you, unless we have said otherwise in this policy.

Photography in The Grafton
A member of Centre Management may approach anyone taking photography of the Centre and its aesthetics which could be used in any media publication or research documents. To obtain approval of such activity, please contact Centre Management.
