A Nordic Experience Terms and Conditions

  • The competition is valid from Saturday 14th to Sunday 23rd December 2019 between 10:30am and 17:30pm.
  • The entries end at 17:30pm on Sunday, 23rd December 2019. Entries received after this date will be counted.
  • The promoter of the campaign is The Grafton, Cambridge. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administrated by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
  • To enter the event competition, you must present proof of £40 spent at any store(s) within The Grafton.
  • Whilst the event campaign refers to the Nordic, the prize is a trip for two to Iceland.
  • The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over at the time of travel.
  • Dates of travel are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Prize must be taken between 1st – 28th February 2020.
  • Prize includes return flights from a London airport in economy and 3 nights’ accommodation in Reykjavik on a room only basis in a standard double room.
  • Winners must have valid passports with at least 6 months left.
  • No cash alternative to the prize will be offered, the value is not transferable.
  • Winners are responsible for their own transport to and from the UK airport
  • Winners are responsible for all their own extras at the hotel and in Reykjavik.
  • No excursions are included in this prize.
  • Airport transfers in Reykjavik are not included and are the responsibility of the winner.
  • To enter the event competition, you must submit your entry with the event ambassadors, the Nordic Engineers, located at the event within Food Social near Vue Cinema. The entrant must enter contact information for the marketing team to reach.
  • No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  • The Grafton reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
  • The entrant can enter the competition multiple times, with a new entry for every £40 spent.
  • Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions; it is a condition that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor abides by these rules.
  • Successful entrants must confirm acceptance of the prize within 3 days of being contacted.
  • Successful entrants will be contacted via email.
  • The successful entrant’s contact details will be passed onto the partnering travel agency, ItsSo Travel, for further prize arrangements and bookings.
  • If any emails to the entrants are returned as undeliverable of the entrant does not respond in 3 days of being notified, then The Grafton reserves the right to offer the prize to another entrant in accordance with the process described above.
  • The Grafton retail staff, manager, supervisors, and their immediate families of those are not permitted to enter the event competition.
  • By entering the event competition, the entrant consents to any publicity generated as a result of the submission and use on websites, social media platforms, press and outdoor media or mobile services at any time without further consent of payment.

When applying for a product, the application form declaration and notices will explain how we use the information collected.

We collect personal information from the online application process. This is so we can identify general customer trends, improve our service to you and also where relevant, communicate with you.

DISCLOSING YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to others. We may give general statistics about our customers, sales, and related site information to other companies however these statistics will not include any information that personally identifies you, unless we have said otherwise in this policy.

Photography in The Grafton
A member of Centre Management may approach anyone taking photography of the Centre and its aesthetics which could be used in any media publication or research documents. To obtain approval of such activity, please contact Centre Management.
