Job Role ·      Running the day to day shifts in the restaurant, whether that is opening or closing and ensuring the shifts are efficiently setup for the day/next day

·      Ensuring high standards of food quality, service and cleanliness are achieved on shift

·      Following company procedures and guidelines to ensure the company meets compliance requirements

·      Providing a positive environment for staff to develop and to provide customers with a positive experience that encourages them to return

·      Being a role model to the staff and encouraging positive attitudes and behaviours.  We want all our customers to feel like they are visiting a friends home

·      Controlling and delivering profitable financial results on a consistent basis through driving sales, minimal ordering and efficient labour controls
