The longer days mean more time for fun and games as the evenings get longer. So get out and about, visit gardens or take up a new activity – tennis, golf or maybe skateboarding. We may be out of Euro 2008, but this summer is going to be a bumper time for footie lovers. So get the kit of your favourite player and knock a ball around the park.
Having fun by the sea is great for all the family. Why not make a picnic and take the kids to the coast for a day. Make sure there are lifejackets and that everyone learns to swim.
A round of golf or a long walk is a great excuse for stretching your legs, chatting with your mates and getting away from all the stresses of life. The exercise is good for you too.
If you don’t fancy athletics what about a dip in the pool’ Swimming is great exercise and bikinis are back too. It may not be sportswear but you’ll look good.
