We're working to create space for a large retailer
The opening of the completely transformed BHS last year and the new Topshop in the Great Court was the start of a transformation of this end of The Grafton. Further development is now taking place with four existing shops; being the ex Yours Clothing, Wallis and Utopia plus Poundland being knocked together to form one large new 16,500 square foot store. As part of this transformation the existing Wellington Mall with its entrance onto Wellington Street is being moved next to Mothercare.
The identity of the new occupier for the 16,500 square foot store will be revealed shortly.
