History of the Centre

Now in its 27th year, The Grafton has been through major development and refurbishment and has extended considerable during the last 15 years.

The city’s favourite shopping centre now boasts some of the top performing stores in the region and we welcome in excess of 13 million visitors every year.

With more than 60 stores in the centre, and in excess of 130 brands, several eateries, a multi screen cinema, and numerous independents in our specialist Eden Hall area, The Grafton is a one-stop-shop for fashion, entertainment, gifts, accessories and jewellery, homewear and childrens fashions/toys.
