There are three cashpoints within the centre. One next to Millies Cookies, and two at the entrance by the bus interchange.

Available in the facilities adjacent to the Level 4 car park.
Customer Service / Information Desk
The information point can be found outside Debenhams and Clinton Cards. All other enquiries should be directed to the Management Office on 01223 316201.
First aid
The designated First Aid point is at the information desk outside Debenhams and Clinton Cards.
Gift Cards
Gift cards can be purchased from the information point in The Grafton.

Shopmobility/Accessibility
The Shopmobility office is located on the first floor opposite Debenhams. It is open form 10am to 4pm Monday to Saturday and 11am to 4pm every Sunday, offering the loan of wheelchairs and assistance. Disabled parking spaces are available on level 4 of the car park. For more information call 01223 461 858.
Toilets
Mens and womens toilets are located in Eden Hall, and on the first floor, adjacent to Level 4 of the East Grafton Car Park - where baby changing facilities and disabled toilets are also available.
Cycle racks
The Grafton has plenty of cycle parking with racks close to all the entrances to the shopping centre.
Taxi ranks
Taxi ranks can be located by the West Grafton Car Park and by the bus interchange (night time only).
Parking Facilities
There are more than 1000 parking spaces in our two car parks. A valeting service is available on Level 1 of the East Car Park.

PLEASE NOTE: The daytime parking charges at Grafton car parks are high reflecting the shortage of spaces in the City. Tariffs are set to discourage long term parking and rise steeply at key time intervals at three and five hours.
