The Grafton has 24 hour on-site security and a recently upgraded real-time CCTV camera system.
Shop mobility / Accessibility
The Shopmobility office is located on the first floor opposite Debenhams. It is open form 10am to 4pm Monday to Saturday and 11am to 5pm every Sunday, offering the loan of wheelchairs and assistance. Disabled parking spaces are available on level 4 of the car park. For more information call 01223 461 858.
Toilets
Mens and womens toilets are located in Eden Hall, and on the first floor, adjacent to Level 4 of the East Grafton Car Park - where baby changing facilities and disabled toilets are also available.
